    Once you have filled out our consultation form and confirmed your order with us .

    We will send you an invoice with our accepted payment methods . 


    Depending on the size of your order and the notice given, we may be able to accommodate changes. 


    Please communicate any changes via our web chat feature or email.


    *Large orders with less than 2 weeks notice may be subject to an additional fee*

    All orders will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked delivery and should be with me between 2-4 working days. 


    If you have opted for courier delivery by MGB, please refer to the delivery window stated on your invoice .

    Please note that once an order is placed, our team begins production immediately. Due to the custom nature of our products, we can not cancel orders once they have been started.

    Please review your order carefully before submitting it to ensure accuracy. 


    If for any reason MGB is at fault for an issue relating to your order partial refund may be considered.
