Orders can be placed via our consultation form or by emailing us at mygoodiebag.uk@gmail.com.

Once your consultation form is submitted and your order confirmed, we aim to respond within 24–48 hours to finalise details. An invoice will follow shortly.

• Orders under £300: full upfront payment required
• Orders over £300: 75% upfront, with the remaining 25% due one week before your agreed collection or delivery date.

Final product photos are shared prior to final payment to ensure your satisfaction.

We may be able to accommodate changes depending on your order size and the notice given. Please communicate any changes via email at mygoodiebag.uk@gmail.com

Additional fees may apply. Production begins as soon as payment is received.

We prefer 3 weeks’ notice for all orders. Most orders take 10–14 days to complete.

Once your order is ready, items are sent via Royal Mail Tracked services, arriving 2–4 working days from dispatch.

If you have opted for courier delivery by MGB, please refer to the delivery window stated on your invoice.

Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds once production has started, unless the issue is our fault.

Please review your order carefully before submitting to ensure accuracy.

If an issue arises due to our error, a partial refund may be considered.
